Step-by-Step Cooking Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
Mix Ruby Roti Mix with ajwain and salt. Add 55ml boiling water gradually, stirring continuously. Cover and let it rest for a few minutes.
Step 2: Prepare the Sattu Filling
In a bowl, combine sattu, garlic, ginger, onion, coriander, chili, lemon juice, and a little pickle oil. Mix well for a flavorful stuffing.

Step 3: Roll & Stuff the Paratha
Knead the rested dough with a few drops of oil, divide into two balls, and roll
